In 2020, we came face to face with a stark irony.  In order to preserve our community from this pandemic, we had to physically dissolve our community for an extended period of time.  2020 was also the year when art was explicitly catergorized as non-primary activity or non-essential by the government in most countries.  What can art do in such a time?

During the 8 days in December 2020, we exhibited;

· 64 Artists

· 106 pieces of art works

· 7 performance events

· 8 online workshops

· 2 different types of mail art 

We selected art works that speaks to the reactions and thoughts of the people in this affected time.  And we only accepted the art works which the artist considered they have not produced alone.  

As the lockdown prohibited us from engaging in the usual exhibition practices, we sought alternative platforms to transmit works of art – such as private estates, pharmacies, bookstores, weekly protest march, mailboxes, and virtual websites.
